BIO V1
3D Bioprinter
The BIO V1 bioprinter by REGEMAT3D is a modular and customizable system designed for precision in bioprinting applications. Its configuration allows for printing on various surfaces, including glass platforms, Petri dishes, and multi-well plates, facilitated by a broad range of movements along the X, Y, and Z axes.

Key features of the REG4LIFE include automated head calibration via a precise laser positioning system, ensuring accurate and reproducible prints.
The bioprinter is equipped with both heated syringes and a heated bed, allowing temperature control from room temperature up to 50°C for the syringe and up to 120°C for the bed. For materials requiring higher temperatures, the syringe range can be extended to 250°C using metallic or glass syringes.

FEATURES
The system features a dual thermoplastic extruder, enabling the simultaneous printing of scaffolds using two different thermoplastics. An integrated compartment is provided for thermoplastic rolls, and LED lighting offers visual status updates during the printing process.
Its ergonomic design, with longitudinal openings, promotes laminar flow for sterilization and facilitates placement within standard laminar flow cabinets.
The fully customizable bioprinter allows you to choose a variety of printing heads, printing surfaces and extrusion tools.
